Great Southern man cops heavy fine, banned from applying for marine ticket after capsizing boat while drunk

A Great Southern man who had to be rescued by volunteers after capsizing his boat at Emu Point in September has copped a heavy fine after it was revealed he was driving with three times the blood alcohol limit.
