Carlisle: Police charge man with police impersonation after cash, jewellery stolen in Planet Street burglary

Detectives have charged a man with multiple offences after he allegedly dressed as a police officer and executed a fake search warrant before stealing a luxury watch, diamond ring and cash from a Carlisle home.
