I'm Looking for a Hand Reared Cobalt/Dark Blue Baby Budgie... like the one in the pictures here (just younger). Willing to pay for a healthy, well reared budgie from a decent breeder.
The budgie is to be a family pet and will be treated like a king/queen and free to fly around the house :)
